Refund policy
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Convenience Termination
The Buyer has the right to terminate their order, or any item in it, for their sole convenience. In the event of such a termination, We shall be paid a reasonable restocking charge plus all costs of shipping the order if;
1. We have pulled and separated the order within our warehouse, or
2. We have pulled, separated, and actually shipped the order, or any item in it, prior to receipt of the termination.
Cause Termination
The Buyer may also terminate the order, or any item in it, for cause if for any reason We default, or if We fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the purchase. The Buyer will be able to terminate the order for cause if delivered products are defective or do not conform to the order, and We fail to provide the Buyer, upon request, with reasonable assurances of future performance.
Warranty
We expressly warrant that all goods or services we furnish under this Policy will be new, will be free from all defects in materials or workmanship, and will conform to all specifications and appropriate standards. We warrant that the goods or services will conform to any and all container or label statements or advertisements for such goods or services. We also warrant that all goods will be sufficiently contained, packaged, marked and labeled. If samples were provided, We warrant that goods or services furnished will conform in all respects to those samples. Our obligations under this warranty are not affected by inspection, test, acceptance or use of the goods or services furnished, and the warranty shall survive inspection, test, acceptance and use.
We agree to replace, or correct defects of, any goods or services that don't meet the standard of the warranty, promptly, without any expense to the Buyer, when notified of such defects by the Buyer, provided the Buyer elects to provide Us with the opportunity to do so. It is expressly understood that all of the materials supplied under this Policy shall conform to, and shall be in accordance with, materials specified for use under Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) Standards.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom fabricated items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Force Majeure
The Buyer may delay delivery or acceptance if caused by issues beyond their control. We shall hold the goods and services at direction of the Buyer and shall deliver them when the issues causing the delay have been removed. The Buyer shall be responsible only for the costs we directly incur in order to delay delivery or acceptance. Issues beyond the Buyer’s control shall include government action, or failure of the government to act where such action is required, strike or other labor trouble, fire, or unusually severe weather.
Inspection/Testing
The Buyer's payments for goods delivered shall not constitute acceptance of such goods. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods and reject any or all of said goods which, in the Buyer’s judgment, are defective or nonconforming. Goods rejected, and goods supplied in excess of quantities called for, may be returned to Us at our expense. The Buyer may charge Us all expenses of unpacking, examining, repacking and reshipping the goods.
No Third Party Benefit
The provisions stated above are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto, confer no rights, benefits or claims upon any person or entity not a party here to.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
